You’ll learn about solving credit problems, navigating the mortgage loan process, having your home inspected, and more. You’ll leave the class with the confidence to start on the road to home ownership.

Your class will be confirmed and a seat guaranteed after we receive your payment of $99.00. There are three easy ways to pay:

*Please note the class fee of $99.00 is per household, up to two people purchasing the same house (co-buyers). Class or make-up class must be taken within one year from date of purchase. Sorry, no refunds.
Payment must be received at least 2 days prior to the start of your class in order to guarantee your seat. (The Thursday prior to your Saturday class)
