The number of foreclosures in Hamilton County continues to grow significantly. The Neighborworks® organizations of Ohio have teamed to address the issue in our state.
We offer State funded grants to help homeowners get current on their mortgage, certified foreclosure prevention counseling, and special products for mortgage refinancing.

The Home Ownership Center is a partner in the City of Cincinnati’s new Focused City Services Neighborhood Enhancement Program (NEP).
This program is designed to combat crime and blight in three neighborhoods per year to with services from the city, Keep Cincinnati Beautiful, and other partner organizations.
